Vacancy Details:
1. Joint General Manager
Post-qualification experience: Total – 16 years Minimum 3 years experience in IDA pay-scale of Rs.32900 — 58000 or 6 years experience in CDA pay- scale of Rs. 15600 — 39100 with GP Rs. 7600, or, Candidates from other companies/ private sector should have annual salary of Rs. 18 lakhs (approx.)
2. Deputy General Manager
Post-qualification experience: Total – 9 years Minimum 3 years experience in IDA pay-scale of Rs.24900 — 50500 or CDA pay-scale of Rs. 15600 — 39100 with GP Rs. 6600, or, Candidates from other companies/ private sector should have annual salary of Rs. 14 lakhs (approx.)
3.Manager
Post-qualification experience: Total – 5 years Minimum 3 years experience in IDA pay-scale of Rs.20600 — 46500 or CDA pay-scale of Rs. 9300 — 34800 with GP Rs. 5400, or, Candidates from other companies/ private sector should have annual salary of Rs. 10 lakhs (approx).
Further:
i.Total experience shall be counted as on 21.09.2015 (Last date for online application).
ii.Only post-qualification experience shall be counted.
iii.Any experience rendered as an articleship/internship/training shall not be counted.
iv.Preference shall be given to candidates having 5 years experience at Executive/Managerial in Central/State PSU, Central/State Govt. Departments Autonomous bodies.
v.Candidates showing experience of practice in their own firm shall have to produce registration certificate of the firm and only experience post-registration of the firm shall be counted.
vi.For proof of salary in case of other / private companies, candidate shall have to submit a
copy of their last Form No. 16.
vii.For proof of experience in a grade, experience certificate from the competent authority would be required.
viii.In case a candidate is found suitable for a lower post than for which he/she has applied, he/she shall only be considered for the post for which he/she has been found suitable by the selection committee.
Terms of Service:
The appointment will be initially on probation for two years.
Candidates will be required to successfully clear the screening for confirmation of their services at the end of the probation period
Selected incumbent may be posted anywhere in India as per requirements of the company

How to Apply:
a)Interested candidates fulfilling the above laid down eligibility criteria are required to apply online in the registration format available in the Career Section of RITES website, http://www.rites.com on or before 1700 hrs. 21.09.2015.
b)While submitting the online application the system would generate ‘Registration No.’ on the top of filled up online form. Please note down this “Registration No.” and quote it for all further communication with RITES Ltd.
c)A copy of this online application form containing the registration number is to be printed, signed, and furnished alongwith self-attested copies of the following documents in the given order only (from top to bottom):
a.2 recent passport size colour photographs
b.Educational qualifications (in chronological order)
c.Experience certificates (in chronological order)
d.Proof of identity and address
e.Certificate in support of claim to belong to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Other Backward Classes, Ex-Serviceman or Physically Handicapped, where applicable as GOI prescribed formats.
f.Certificate in support of claim for age/fee concession, where applicable.
Documents thus arranged are to be sent through post to “Assistant Manager (P)/Rectt., RITES Ltd., RITES Bhawan, Plot No.1, Sector-29, Gurgaon — 122001, Haryana” so as to reach him definitely by 30.09.2015.
d)The candidates are also advised to keep a copy of such application form with them and to carry the same at the time of the interview if called. Candidates who have registered online but whose physical application along with aforesaid documents is not received by the due date, their candidature may not be considered.
e)The original testimonials/documents along with one self-attested copy will have to be produced by the candidates at the time of interview if called.
f)RITES Ltd. does not bear any responsibility for any delay in post/courier for any reason whatsoever.
g)Departmental Candidates of RITES are also required to apply online. However if shortlisted for interview, they will have to forward the Hard copy of the Resume through their controlling officer and Personnel Department to Assistant Manager (P)/Rectt., Recruitment cell, RITES Ltd. without which the candidature will not be considered.
h)Candidates not fulfilling the minimum laid down criteria advertised with respect to educational qualifications, age, and experience for selection to the respective post, would not be able to register online.
i)Candidates should submit only single application and application once submitted cannot be altered. A valid e-mail ID is essential for submission of the online application. RITES will not be responsible for bouncing of any e-mail sent to the candidates.
j)No application will be entertained after the expiry of last date of receipt of Online Application Form
k)If any claim made by candidates is found to be incorrect, their candidature shall be summarily rejected.
