Orissa Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (IDCO) is the Nodal Agency for development of Industrial Infrastructure in the State. IDCO is also developing various Infrastructure Projects through PPP Mode in various sectors through its Project Management Unit (PMU). IDCO is interested to engage one Infrastructure Expert as Head of Project Management Unit (PMU) on Contractual Basis having experience in Infrastructure sector particularly being developed through Public Private Partnership (PPP). The candidates so selected shall be on contract basis and assist IDCO in the following.

Vacancy Details:
Name of Post:Infrastructure Expert Consultant
Contract Period:A minimum period of 03(three) years.
Age Limit: Maximum age limit is 50(fifty) years as on 31.05.2015.Salary and Remuneration: Negotiable depending upon qualification and experience. In exceptional case higher remuneration would be considered.
Minimum Educational Qualification:
o Full time Bachelor in Engineering(BE/ B. Tech) in any discipline from a reputed
Engineering College with MBA ( Finance) or equivalent having degree in other fields related to Infrastructure like Planning, Infrastructure Management, Construction Management may also apply.
Experience:
o Minimum 20(twenty) years’ experience in Infrastructure projects development including planning , projects management , contract design and bid process management of PPP project , preparation of feasibility studies across the sectors, procurement and management of consultants. Should have also handled matters which are normally associated with senior positions like Corporate Affairs, Business Development, Arbitration, Claims & Liaison work with Govt. Departments/ Ministries.
