The Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India is a Public Sector Undertaking of the Government of India. Established in 1972, ALIMCO manufactures artificial limbs and rehabilitation aids. The company is headquartered in Kanpur.ALIMCO is a non-profit making organisation, working under the aegis of the government of India, under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment (http://www.socialjustice.nic.in). It was incorporated in 1972, and started production in 1976, to manufacture artificial limb components and rehabilitation aids for the benefit of the physically handicapped. .

Terms and Conditions
1. Physically fit and mentally agile candidates below the age of 35 years as on 01.04.2016 having adequate experience will be considered.
2. A candidate will be considered only for one post for which he/she has best qualification and experience.
3.This Contract of engagement is terminable by the Corporation at any point of time without prior notice if the performance of the engaged person is not found satisfactory.
4. The engaged person also reserves his/her right of terminating this Contract of engagement by giving the Corporation one month’s prior notice in writing or payment of consolidated remuneration of Rs. 35,000/” P.M. (Rupees Thirty Five Thousand only) for one month in lieu thereof.
5.The engaged person will have no right to claim any additional benefit/compensation/absorption/regularization of services in the Corporation during or after the period of engagement under any provision.
6. The engagement will be for a period of one year. However, depending on the requirement of the Corporation and the performance of the person engaged, the period of engagement can be extended. The services of the contract employee will be terminated
at any time even before the completion of the said period of one year.
