Applications for the following posts are invited along with two recent identical passport size attested photographs with complete bio-data and photo copies of testimonials. The last date for receipt of applications is 06.05.2015. No application will be entertained thereafter. Incomplete applications will be rejected. Vacancy Details:
Name of the Posts
1- Stenographer-III (Adhoc Basis)
2- Clerks (Adhoc Basic)
Minimum qualification:
Stenographer
Degree of BA/B.Sc or equivalent there to from a recognized University and to qualify the test at a speed of 80 wpm in English Shorthand and 20 wpm in transcription of the same and having proficiency in operation of computer.
Clerks
Degree of BA/B.Sc or equivalent thereto from a recognized University with Punjabi as one of the subjects in Matriculation and having proficiency in operation of computer.
Age: 18 to 37 years for General Category and relaxation to reserved categories will be given as per Punjab Govt. rules.
General Conditions:
1.The application must be on the prescribed form, which shall be available on the
website www.gurdaspur.nic.in.
2.Application forms which are wrongly filled up or are not on the prescribed form or incomplete or received late, shall be summarily rejected.
3.Application form be filled up in capital letters only.
