Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following post under N.H.M on contractual basis. The ORV Act and Rule will be applicable for the recruitment.

Vacancy Details:
1. Staff Nurse-NHM
Remuneration: Rs. 11770/ – and (P.I as per Society norms)
2. ANM-NUHM
Remuneration: Rs. 9020/- and (P.I as per Society norms)
3. Staff Nurse-NUHM
Remuneration: Rs. 11770/- and (P.I as per Society norms)
4. Lab. Tech-NUHM
Remuneration: Rs. 9350/- and (P.I as per Society norms)
5. ANM-NRC
Remuneration: Rs. 9020/- and (P.I as per Society norms)
Eligible Criteria for ANM:
1. Nationality-S/He must be a citizen of India.
2. Knowledge in Odia-the candidate must
a.be able to read, write and speak Odia;
b.have passed middle school examination with Odia as language subject; or
c.have passed Matriculation or equivalent examination with Odia as a medium of examination in non-language subject; or
d.have passed in Odia as language subject in the final examination of class VII for a school or educational institution recognized by the Govt. of Odisha or the Central Govt; or
e.have passed a test in Odia in Middle English School standard conducted by the School and Mass Education Department.
3. Marital Status-If married, the candidate must not have more than one spouse living provided that the Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person or there are other specific grounds for doing so, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
4. Minimum Educational Qualification:- The candidate must have passed HSC examination & shall have completed ANM course from institutions recognized by Govt. and approved by INC and must have registered in the Odisha Nursing Council
5. Physical Fitness- The candidate must be of good mental and physical health and free from any physical defects likely to make her /his incapable of discharging her/his normal duties in the service. A candidate, who after such medical examination as the Government may prescribed is not found to satisfy the requirements shall not be appointed to the service.

Nursing Schools of 3 medical colleges / School of Nursing MCL Talcher / IGH Rourkela or other recognized private institutions duly approved by INC and must have registered his/her name in the Odisha Nursing Council
5. Physical Fitness- The candidate must be of good mental and physical health and free from any physical defects likely to make her /his incapable of discharging her/his normal duties in the service. Eligible Criteria for Laboratory Technician:
1.Minimum Educational Qualification:- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) Courses from any of 3 (three’) Medical Colleges & Hospitals of the State or from any other AICTE approved Institute
2.S/he must have passed Odia up to M.E Standard

Other Terms & Conditions:
– All positions are contractual and the engagement is initially for a period of 11 months, which can be extended depending upon requirement and suitability.
– All the positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the scheme. Canvassing in any form will render the candidate disqualified for the position.
– Candidates, who are already working in Health Department either on regular or on contractual basis, have to submit No Objection Certificate from concerned employer, without which they will not be eligible.
– The application form need to be downloaded at www.ganjam.nic.in and filled in application form along with the color passport size photograph, self-attested photocopies of relevant certificate and mark-sheets shall be submitted by the applicant to the undersigned.
– The envelope containing the application should be superscripted clearly, the name of the post applied for, otherwise it will not be considered.
– Candidates interested to apply for multiple posts are advised to submit separate application for each category of post.
– The application to be sent by the applicant through registered /speed post only.
– Applications received in any other format or by any other means shall be rejected.
– Incomplete application in any form will be rejected.

– Selection will be done as per the guideline stipulated by Mission Directorate, NHM, Odisha.
– The engagement are non transferable in nature and the candidates have to stay at their place of posting, failing which they are liable to be disengaged.
