Qualification, Experience & Salary:
For Site Engineers having B.E. / B.Tech (Civil Engineering) qualification with minimum 2 years experience or without experience in the field of Civil Engineering construction works, the initial consolidated remuneration commensurate with experience will be fixed minimum @ Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 24,000/- per month for experienced candidates. For site engineers without experience initial consolidated remuneration would be Rs 19,200/-. For both type of candidates with and without experience usual rate of annual enhancement of remuneration will be @ Rs. 400/- for every completed year.
For Jr. Engineers having Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 3 years relevant experience in the field of Civil construction works, the initial consolidated remuneration commensurate with experience will be fixed minimum @ Rs. 15,000/- to Rs. 18,000/- P.M. For Junior Engineers without experience initial consolidated remuneration would be Rs. 14,100/-. For both type of candidates in the post of Junior Engineers with and without experience usual rate of annual enhancement of remuneration will be @ Rs. 300/- for every completed year.
