Graduate Jobs Opening in HAL Bangalore

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is a Navratna Central Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India. HAL is a premier Aeronautical Industry of South East Asia with 20 Production/Overhaul/Service Divisions, 10 co-located Research & Design (R&D) Centres, and one Facility Management Division, spread across the country. Technical Training Institute, HAL, Bangalore is conducting a walk-in selection drive to engage Non-Engineering Graduate- BSc/BCom/BBA/BCA and Diploma Engineering holders of Karnataka State to undergo Apprenticeship Training for a period of ONE YEAR under National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) administered by Board of Apprenticeship Training (BoAT), Southern Region in various streams.

• The selection drive for the apprenticeship program will take place at Technical Training Institute, HAL, Bangalore.
• There are two streams of apprenticeship training available: Non-Engineering Graduate Stream and Diploma Engineering Stream.
• The eligibility criteria for the apprenticeship program include being a domicile of the State of Karnataka, passing a diploma in engineering or a degree in Non-Engineering in BSc/BCom/BBA/BCA, possessing graduation/diploma from a recognized Board/University in India on or after 01/10/2020, and not having undergone/undergoing/already registered NATS contract under the Apprenticeship Act elsewhere, among other requirements.
• Candidates must register as “STUDENT” in the apprenticeship portal www.mhrdnats.gov.in and bring a copy of the registration form to the walk-in selection drive.
• Stipends for Graduate and Diploma holders are Rs.9000/- and Rs. 8000/-, respectively, for 12 months of training. Subsidized canteen facility is also available.
• Candidates must report to the venue with original documents, including 10th/SSC/SSLC marks sheet, Diploma/Degree Certificate/Provisional Diploma/Degree Certificate, and Diploma marks sheet from 1 to 6 semester, among other documents.
• Selection for the apprenticeship program is based on a first-come, first-served basis. Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification. After completion of Apprenticeship Training, the Apprenticeship contract will be terminated, and there will be no obligation on the part of HAL to offer any employment.
