Eligibility Criteria for Apprentice
Candidates interested in applying for the Apprentice positions at Southern Railway must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
- Educational Qualification:
- Must have passed the 10th class examination under the 10+2 system or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
- Must have passed ITI Course in relevant trade approved by NCVT/SCVT.
- Age Limit:
- General/Unreserved (UR) candidates should be between 15 to 24 years of age.
- Age relaxation is applicable as follows:
- 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
- 3 years for OBC candidates.
- 10 years for Persons with Disabilities (PWD).
Payscale for Apprentice
